Structure of the Program

Four Modules, Ten Weekly Trainings

Module 1

the intuitive body

In Module 1 you will establish your embodied awareness, and learn how to expand it beyond the body.

The meditation sessions in Module 1 will lead you away from the nagging uncertainty and anxiety of the ego-driven thinking mind, obsessed as it is with judgements, regrets about the past and fears for the future. You will enter the quiet realm of the body and the nurturing space with which it is integrated, and you will experience the tranquility of the now, where infinite peace abides.

Discovering embodiment.

Expanding awareness.



Module 2

The subtle body

In Module 2 you will learn how to control and direct the energy flow within your body to balance and harmonise your being.

You will experience a new vitality and strength, improved health and well-being as you learn to harness your life force and direct it towards positive outcomes within your body and the world around you.

Lower Dan Tien, power centre of the subtle body

Module 3

Open heart

In Module 3 you will learn how to access the heart, where the source of infinite joy and unconditional love resides, and to activate the 'third eye' centre, the centre of your body's inherent wisdom.

Meditating within these subtle centres will teach you how to avoid the disaster-prone strategies of an agitated mind, and to act from a deep centre of peace and love. 

Week 6

The Middle Dan Tien. Heart centre of the subtle body

Week 7

The Upper Dan Tien. Wisdom centre of the subtle body.



Module 4

Radiant heart

Module 4 will bring all the practices together. You will discover how to open your heart to infinite love, to rest in that love, and to radiate love to the world outside. No longer trapped within the lonely prison of the smaller self, you will be able to heal yourself and others, and to experience the joy of connectedness to all life.
